Since I had such a bad food day yesterday, out of curiosity, I had to weigh myself. Once again, weighing first thing in the morning, naked, after using the bathroom, and before drinking any water, I stepped on the scale and was shocked when it said 178!!! Wow! After eating all that I ate yesterday, I couldn't believe my eyes and thought it had to be too good to be true. IT WAS! I stepped off the scale and then back on again. It read 181.....the same thing it's been reading for a couple of weeks now. I'll bet tomorrow it will be back up to 185 which is what I've been saying right along; Mother Nature is trying to tell me that 185 is what I should be weighing and you shouldn't mess with Mother Nature. However, I keep plugging away at it and I'm trying to stay on the Atkins diet. I guess I need to stay away from restaurants and eating out. I am leading a very dull life on this diet.
