After 4 days of not moving an inch I finally dropped 0.5 pound. Way more exciting than it looks. Historically I have maintained the weight I was for the past 4 days many times and then gained so now I am finally in new lower territory! I find that the weights that Isit on for long periods of time are the hardest to break past. It may only be a half pound but it is past that barrier!
