damn,i screwed up yesterday.i drank two glasses of chardonnay and then drank whiskey on the rocks.i am up a lb this morning and its probobly going to take a coupe days to get get back in ketosis.its going to be really hard to stay away from the alcohol since everyone around me drinks.this is a struggle.
