I did 40' full body cardio today. I couldn't even believe it when I was done, the good new. And about complicated stuff, I have to face the struggle that since I started I never lose a inch from my arms, I know the body choose, and my better looking legs can get some sun now, so I try to focus on that and stick to my plan.
