So I got back on track today, after yesterday's fateful pizza party. Even though I ate all my points yesterday. I did dive into 10 of my weekly 35 points. Doesn't sound so bad, but I felt terrible about it. Today I am doing a little better, but I am so hungry all the time. I don't make bad eating choices, and I eat small things 6 times a day. I get all the water I need(even though I could drink more), but I just get really really hungry. I am looking for some help on food ideas that I can try to fill me up a little more, without the added fat calories. I am trying to eat better, but I am finding it hard to change my old eating habbits this quickly.
