Howdy Folks! Up a bit today to 209.4, so .2 lbs.
Had a big lunch with DD yesterday at Fudds, that did not help. We needed the "quality time" though. Even had a brownie blast for dessert. Yum!
Rode my bike too in the AM for about 20 miles, which put my weekend total at about 60 miles.
I have about 250 miles for August. My record month is 303 or so, so I am going to try to beat that. I figure I will take today off, and ride Tues/Weds, Thurs - Off, Long Ride Fri.
Practiced US History 1 last night for a long time. It is not a field of study I pick up easy, this test will be a challenge. I can do it! I can do it! lol
