Down again. It feels like my body is letting go a bit. I'm sure I will be stalled soon at a weight and then my body lets weight go again. Crazy but the pattern has been there for years. It has been exactly 3 weeks since I started with FS and I am now down 5 pounds. Feels good. Averaging just over 1.5 pounds a week.
119,5 kg Perdu jusqu'à présent: 2,3 kg.    Reste à parcourir: 42,4 kg.    Régime suivi: Raisonnablement Bien.

Thanks. I have been following a 'balanced diet' as that works best for me especially with the amount of weight I need to lose. I have been trying to keep my fat between 60-69g, protein betweeen 65-80g and carbs between 210-250g. And my overall calories around 1700 or less. Right now that is working for me. As I lose weight I will have to drop those numbers since they are based on my present weight. I do avoid straight up sugar, bread and pasta. That seems like a good plan as well.
