Justa question. Ladies do you find it difficult to maintain your diet and not binge during your monthly? Are you able to fight the cravings or do you indulge and then just work twice as hard the following week? Sadly, I indulged 😭😭😭

Indulge... in moderation. Try to find something that'll satisfy the cravings, within your daily calorie intake. :)

Yea I definitely indulged too much. I hadn't eaten those foods in a month so it made me feel sick as hell but I still ate them anyway smfh. Next month I'll just have to find some healthy alternatives that I hope tastes as good as the real thing 😕
