Got to goal weight of 160! Started around June 1st at 179, and hung up around 165. Took a week of rigorous detailed diet entry several times daily, the usual exercise, and a couple of very low cal days to get down from the plateau. Still have a little belly fat I want to get rid of. Now setting a stretch goal of 5 more pounds, but also need to stabilize below 160. Ultimately would like to get to a stable 150, but still focusing on stabilizing below the original 160 goal.
