Two things to be proud of myself about this week. Yester day I actually was able to do the yoga pose of downward facing dog. Basicaly putting your body into a 90 degree angle. Granted I was on my toes and not flat on my feet, but still I did it. I never did it before, and last week when it came up on the training schedule I didn't even try, but yesterday when it came up I just did it!
Tonight when Mark said he wanted to pick something up from either Wendy's or Jack 'n the box, I said J'nB because they have grilled chicken strips I can get. So I did. When we got home I put a LITTLE bit of mayo on a sanwhich thin and put them on it. Mark offered me three fries, and I said don't even give me one, because then I won't be able to stop eating them. And I didn't have ANY!
I've also been drinking less soda and more water. All in all a good week!
Tonight I decided that I was going to walk after dinner. Not something I would normally do, but I've decided that on the days I don't a workout on my game, I'm going to walk.
I'm going to do this! I'm going to make my doctor, my family, and most importantly me proud!!!!!
