I really need to cut out pop. I drink way to much of it. I'd say about 5 cans a day. :( I don't want to give up ALL my treats. My mom said even diet pop makes you fat and they make it addicting. Starting tomorrow i'm really going to try. I'll probably have a killer headache. Oh ya and she said caffeine may be why i'm so irratable and stressed. I think its just the weather though. It was snowing here today. :( I kept telling everyone merry christmas today. HeHe. I also need to catch my tummy up with the rest of my body. It is now the biggest thing on me I believe. I've been trying to add sit ups into my excercise schedule to make it more of a habit so I'll just do them without really thinking about it. Kind of like the treadmill although i've been slacking on that to. Oh well. To make a long story short I need to kick it up in high gear! Sheesh.

I drink diet - it's my only downfall and it is addictive but since it has little to no calories in it I think it's better than 240 a can in one 12 ounce sugar soda. I don't smoke, drink alcohol, nor do drugs and I barely gamble maybe twice a week a few dollars so I figure I can have one guilty thing - and boy do I hear it from my parents and both are very overweight and shouldn't really criticize because I might be drinking a diet Coke, diet ginger ale or diet Pepsi - so if you exercise it'll help get rid of that stress too. Too much caffeine at once especially all day long by the end of the afternoon can really make one irritable, anxious, nervous and upset - very stressed. I know I've been there. Maybe you can ease off slowly over three or four days... good luck! :)

Thinking positive thoughts about water here..... :) Just got my excercise done. Tomorrow starts a new caffeine aspartame free me.

I think you might be better off cutting back slowly. Then maybe have it as a treat. Just my opinion, though. You might just cut back on the caffeine ones, though, no more than 1 caffeinated one per day. Also, try to find a brand that uses splenda instead of aspartame. That might help. And don't drink it after 11am, that helps too. Have some herbal tea or something for half the day.
