** GOOD NEWS FOR YOUR "BAD FOOD DAY" **

Had a bad day and go over your calories?
Slightly over your carbs? WAY over your carbs?
Wondering what the true effects of a cheat day are?

This video should give you a lot of hope! You survived and your body will reset soon!

This woman has what some... okay MOST people would consider an INSANE cheat day... and she does them quite often with a lot of control while eating like she's never eaten a carb before! Nom nom nom!

This video is explaining the results of an 8000+ calorie (959g of carbs 😲) cheat day - "go big or go home", I guess...

She then goes on to break down what happens to her body in the days after - talking about bloating, hormones, blood sugar/pressure, fat gains, etc. that come along with over-indulging.

Also, it shows how water retention and most other factors are VERY temporary after a binge and why.

Check it out - it's not too long 😉:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j6cIbIvEGJM This one is better in my opinion. She goes to a lab to have her RMR tested(it increases a lot after a cheat day). Also her actual fat gain.

Another cool thing about her is how small she is, so if she can get away with an insane cheat and bounce back easily, most people will be even better off.

I like the part where she says RMR actually goes down in lean individuals. Heavy individuals have a higher RMR. People are always claiming I can eat so much because of my muscle. No, the larger you are, the more you burn, plain and simple. It's physics.

She has a knack for it. I've seen others do similar things but they trained themselves for it. She just tries it and kills her bf at it, lol!

Goes to show you, not everyone who is small has a small appetite. She is just driven to be in shape. She gets it done cause that is what she wants.

I can do 6k no problem but never really tried going higher. Not sure I'd want to unless I was a youtube star. Not keen on putting myself through the discomfort.

You should check out her BF's videos too, he has a lot of "Science explained" vids and he busts a lot of myths. He is pretty much the reason she blew up so fast at first.

I wasn't sceered even though I just weighed in at my lowest all year. Here's my half-ass breakdown. 292 the day before. Day of/after didn't weight (7312 cals almost 300% of my deficit intake). Double gym day the day after (Burned 5848 cals). 298 something 2 days after (Lots of BCAA's & Glutamine today). 293 something today, 3 days post "Cheat Day". I will always be pro cheat day (I'd rather do a massive carb up with low fat to avoid fat storage, and some kind of depletion workout before).

Interesting. Not that I feel the need to have a cheat day, but it's good to know the math behind what to expect.

I watch another guy "Matt does fitness" who does these. He does fast longer afterward. He is back to normal in 2 days after 15k. Lol

And let me tell you what else doubles/triples in the following day or two...🚽💩 😶

I love how this shows an example of not needing to fear food. I going to watch it again, and make sure I understand the math.

But if you're low low carb the weight might double. I think i have put on almost 15lbs overnight before. I never did this high of a day when I was low carb though...

Yes, even small boxers put on 20 plus pounds overnight so for someone your size 10 is nothing.

I can see that, with how easily fat gets stored compared to carbs.

8,000 calories sounds like you'd need trip to the hospital. Yikes!

Will do. Listening to ELP at the moment, so videos will have to wait.

Beatles?! LOL You're funny!

Hey, I used to be able to eat 2,500 easily in one day and still think I was hungry later for snacks. Now 1200 and my stomach hurts and I'm sluggish for a day or two. No thank you! That just would not be worth the discomfort.
