I hope you can work your diet and exercise needs into your work life! I know it's hard. I rarely ever make it to the gym :/ For keto, just keep it simple. Bake some chicken wings, leg quarters, and some hamburger patties in advance and pair it with a salad you can throw together before you eat. Sometimes I cook enough scrambled eggs with heavy cream and sausage to last my daughter a few days so I don't have to cook in the morning. I generally fast through breakfast.
