A pound down but a bit disappointed. Have increased the intensity of my workouts, diligent about keeping carbs low. I must admit have weighed myself a few times during the week before my official Wednesday weigh in, and weight has been lower three days in a row than today. But perhaps I am just getting wrapped up in numbers rather than forward progress no matter how small. And definitely feel better, inches coming off the waist so should focus on that. Happy Wednesday everyone. :)

The scale is such a mind game isn’t it. Just a little water weight. You only weigh once a week?

I weigh myself every morning which has made me understand my body and weight much better. I find I get a much better understanding of what my body is doing and it’s actually recommended to weigh in every morning but not every one likes that idea sometimes lol

It's tough when we've had a good week, but then not the results you were hoping. But a pound is a pound. Plus inches are major bonus. Congrats.

Thanks so much you guys. I found when I weighed myself everyday I would get a little too obsessed with it and then weigh twice or three times a day. So figured once a week would keep me from getting too crazy about it. But yes there are definitely fluctuations so just once a week is a gamble on it’d its an up or down day.
