This morning I started with my regular Saturday morning spin class. Its 90 minutes of pure torture and I love it. Then I went out to breakfast since we have company with us over the holiday weekend. It was a real gut busting greasy free for all. Now I'm tired and STUFFED! I took in most of my calories for the day, but I haven't had a real cheat meal in a long time so I don't feel too bad about it.
