I am back on track and today. I am starting induction again, this time with no diet soda content. I think I kicked the habit. Also I am going to reduce my cheese and salt intake, which means I have to find alternative meats besides bacon and sausage for brkfst. I am not going to let my team down. I already did 20 min. of cardio and plan on 20 more later to get babu going. :) This is going to be great motivation for me.

I have a terrible headache after today, mainly because I didn't cheat at all. I'm having cravings also but that is to be expected. Hope tomorrow is better. I have to work so I won't be on til after 6 pm.

I got a pork shoulder once and cut it into slabs to microwave for breakfast, that wasn't too bad (but it is probably salty). This week I bought a bunch of spicy turkey sausage and broiled that. It only takes a minute or so to microwave it now that it is fully cooked. Ofcourse, eggs are meat and make a great breakfast item -- buy a easter egg dyeing kit, hard boil some eggs and have colorful breakfasts for a week!

Turkey sausage is great! I love scrambled eggs with spinach and tomatoes =)

BLT's, minus any bread, are good good for breakfast, or anytime. Try it as a lettuce wrap! Another breakfast alternative: the cheesecake pancakes, see site's cookbook. I also add "things" to my scrambled eggs, (one or two): peppers, onion, mushrooms, picante sauce, dill, savory, green onions, left over chicken,and of course the cheese you are trying to avoid.

Sometimes its difficult to make good choices when you get too hungry. It might be better to eat a snack that is a good choice for you and keep the hunger away. I hate being hungry! altho I read that when you feel slightly hungry..that is when you body is actually burning calories away and you are losing weight.
