Get rid of all the "bad" food in your house. GIve it to a friend or relative (I have a hard time "wasting food). It helps not to be tempted. Get something you can munch on that is on your diet for those weak moments. Hang in there girl- YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! Find something to do when food whispers in your ear. A good book is "Change One" it takes you through 12 weeks of 1 change a week to get your life in order. For me: I pray alot, sometimes I can't do it on my own. We all need help at one time or another.
