I about strangled myself with my jeans that are now EXTREMELY tight! I had not put them on for a few months since I've been wearing capri/shorts. Surprise! Couldn't make it through the night without unbuttoning them! They used to be baggy! So, I'm back to using my favorite diet calendar for reality eating! Hopefully, I will get into ketosis this week.
