This morning when I woke up my right upper calf is so sore. I feel like I pulled something. I did my workout but struggled because it was mostly a leg workout today. Now, it hurts when I walk, and I'm hoping resting it tomorrow will do the trick. My joints have been hurting a little worse lately so I wonder if it's tied into that. I hate being sore! On another topic, has anyone else ever looked into the mirror and think you look the same as in the beggining? I know I've lost weight, my scale says so, my pants are all baggy, but I don't feel like I look different. I know I must look different if my clothes are loose, but I just don't see it. Maybe it's because all of my clothes are baggy, if I had some new ones that fit then I'd see it?
