In 2006, I lost my son. My husband of 30 years had left me and in 2008, I lost my baby sister. I was deeply, deeply depressed and ballooned up to 255lbs. In 2010, I decided my oldest son had not only lost his baby brother (29) but had lost his mother, as well. I was smoking like crazy, drinking diet pepsi and coffee like mad and eating everything I could find, especially chocolate.
As of Sept. 12, 2012, I have lost 110 lbs, down to 145 on a good day. Today I was 148, so that's where I'm starting my new diet. I use this tracker on my Droid and love it, so I thought I'd start using it online, so I can maybe inspire others.

Oh..I also quit smoking, quit eating chocolate, drink a cola about once a week, drink lots of water and walk up to 9 miles at a time, AND have climbed two mountains in the Smokeys! I'm very proud of myself. My son says he has his mom back. I mourn my other son, but I'm alive and needed to start acting like it!
