Wow .. if you look at my graph you can see it is a struggle but steady. I don't record too many gains - at least not 1/2 and 1 lb gains... I just wait until I can post a loss from the last weight. This last time though it seemed forever - I dropped 4.5 lbs then gained more than half of it back immediately (I posted that gain) but now I am back and when I look at the progression of my graph it is a steady decline. Anyone can lose 10 lbs but perseverance keeps it on a steady fall. Hang in there with the mini-gains and it will keep falling. I can't wait to hit the 170's!
