Did good all day, got my exercise in, are healthy, carbs slightly higher than I was shooting for, and then it happened! I am working the night shift and the potato chip craving hit me. Hard! So I trotted off the vending machine and got a bag of chips. Now, I can’t believe I gave in! Why???
