So today I had a piece of Milkybar cake (0ms). I've learnt is successful dieting you should not forbid yourself from eating certain foods. the secret is to eat it, enjoy it, not feel guilty and continue with your healthy eating afterwards.

I like that mentality and totally agree. If you don't, then it comes out in an even worse way and you eat 2 slabs of chocolate and a big bag of chips and maybe some McDonald's

Definitely, it's better to satisfy yourself than to try compensating the urges with alot of fruits and snacks which end up having more calories and still leaving you with your cravings. It's important to follow a sustainable eating plan, I always follow the 80/20 rule.

Marley Williams and here you come talking about milky bar cake... My obsession lately is milky bar slabs, especially the one with smarties in it. I never used to like white chocolate. It's soooo dam good!!! 😆

@MarleyWilliams, you are so right! The trick is to not feel bad about it and go on a binging spree afterwards! Looks SO yum and absolutely worth it!
