I'm sooo tired right now. I have had a really sore throat all day. I'm afraid I'm getting sick. I still managed to get a good workout in during my lunch break, but now I don't want to move at all. Anyway, I am totally obsessed with The Biggest Loser. I have watched every season. I love watching them compete and workout, but I'm not so into all of the crying and emotion over talking to /seeing family, those part always seem to drag. Last night I was so sad to see Dan go. He was my favorite of this season. I know that I have read that other people don't like him, but I thought he was great. He is funny and insightful and not too emotional or dramatic (although I don't think singing is his strong point.) I think Mark is horrible, it seems like they are kind of making him the "villain" of this season, but he is by far my least favorite. He doesn't have that much weight left to lose so I know he isn't going to win. Right now that show is the only thing I really watch on tv. I guess that's a good thing since my couch time is less likely to interfere with my workouts if I have nothing to do once I sit down. Oh no, my head is starting to hurt too. I think I'm going to try and take a nap.
