Awesome job avoiding the late night munchies. I'm glad you are feeling more positive, too. I agree with Janelle about exercise becoming a habit. I used to hate exercise, too and never, ever kept up with a program for longer than a couple of sporadic weeks. Between forcing myself to keep it up during the last challenge and finding exercise I enjoy (I run and do Turbo Jam), I somehow managed to make it a daily habit. So it is possible!
