EATING WAY TO MANY SALTY FOODS AGAIN FOR BREAKFAST. UGH! I REALLY NEED TO FIND AN ALTERNATIVE TO BACON AND SAUSAGE. TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY, AGAIN. LOL. I'M GOING TO COME UP WITH SOME KIND OF PLAN. I FEEL LIKE EVEN THOUGH I HAVE SO MUCH MOTIVATION TO LOSE WEIGHT I'M STARTING TO SLACK AGAIN ON THIS DIET. I MEAN MY GOODNESS I'VE BEEN DOING THIS SINCE OCTOBER AND I ONLY HAVE 5 LBS TO MY GOAL. IS IT EVER GOING TO COME OFF? :)

WOW! look at the drop in weight you have this week!! Way to go Globe Trotter! Awesome weight loss, you'll have to share your secret with me! Please don't tell me its 4 hrs of exercise daily! LOL
