Beer is my biggest downfall ( I just really enjoy drinking beer ) and it being football season it has been really hard to keep my everything in check. So I can relate to the partaking in alcohol. It is very hard to get support from a boyfriend when it comes to dieting. I have been dieting for 4 years and beg and beg my husband to help and be supportive but I finally just gave up, I got to do this on my own. And it sucks because he can eat/drink whatever he wants and it still thin. Just keep at it, and remember you if you are having problems keeping your carbs. in check you can always switch to a low cal. diet. Whatever your more comfortable with.
