Confession time. I ate cake and icecream. I will drink a lot of water today and exercise. I must. Perhaps no heavy starches today. I will weigh in on Monday evening and see how bad it is reflected. Thank you everyone for your supportive comments. I did take my own salad and salad dressing yesterday though. It was just the darn icecream and cake.

Don't kick yourself over it. I had banana bread and ice cream over the weekend too. The important thing is that we get back on schedule. Kuddos to you for taking the salad and dressing. You'll get there!

We have all been there...........keep up the good work. Life happens and we should live it. Just make more sensible choices when you can.
