I haven't gone on starvation; simply cut back a bit and increased my workout intensity/time. And I'm down a couple of pounds!
I'd actually gotten up to 155, but I think a lot of that was fluids so I'm not counting it as weight loss. Though my clothes aren't so tight now!
Now, to get back to the 139 I'd gotten to when I first went off my diet... then down to 127.5. That's my new goal, because when I hit that, I will have lost exactly 50% of my original body weight!
And I've signed up for a 5k run. I walk 8 or 9 miles now, two hours day sometimes, but I'm only able to run 3/4 mile. I'm going to try to run the whole 5k. Fingers crossed!
