Down 0.2 to 125.6, steady as she goes! 0.2 a day is about the rate I have been losing at for the past two weeks. Only after a binge(which has happened about once a month inevitabaly! as you can see from my chart :X) do I really seem to level off for a while. I will overcome that. I think I did come to a realization this month though, I see now that I can have a somewhat higher calorie day without doing any damage, and it in fact helps weight loss continue if I don't go overborad, so maybe this new way of ziggzagging calories will help be break that cycle. As long as I can avoid those outrageous junk attacks, I should be at my goal by May! Oh yeah..TOM throws things off a bit too, that's this week...:( unfortunately, but hopefully I will still show some loss. I'll try not to eat too much salt and drink lots of water and maybe I won't retain too much. Can't wait to get into my skinny jeans.
