Time to get down to business. I have been trying to kick start my diet for a while. I am back up to 200 from 191. I am sad that I put 9 lbs back on but I can lose it in no time. I am more fit because I have been keeping up with my running for the most part. I just have not been watching what I have been eating but I will get back to it now.
I have entered my food journal and I am only eating about 800 calories today. I'll update tomorrow if I deviate.
