So im back finally got my internet sorted out. whislt ive been away ive lost and gained weight to mainly stay the same. so after my latest hospital appointment i decided i had to do somthing as its not working on my own so i joined slimming world. not really got my head around it and not sure i got the time to plan what im eatting in the day but im sure ill find some time some were.

i have had my ups and downs.i havent lost much since april.i feel more motivated now.thought i would lose all kindsa weight this summer.WRONG!

I thought the same thought i would drop alsorts of weight after moving back home with new job and everything but nope I didnt. I think its really demotivating when you expect to and dont. Im here with you hun xxx
