Today, is a day like none other! Sun is shining, birds are singing, kids are all home and happy, and laughing and chatting...momma is feeling content :)
Went out to our local ice cream stand last night w/ hubby, the kids, some inlaws visiting, and my mom...didn't even consider it...not the least bit interested! And better yet...each of them asked...and each time someone did, my husband said..."it is no longer her lifestyle...she doesn't eat high carb foods anymore..." "...oh, wow, is that how you've lost weight?...tell me about it..."
It was awesome. By the time we were done, I had at least one convert on my hands...we'll see if they honor their commitment, but it was certainly an interesting night.
