I decided to try slimfast for a change of pace. Also I am going to start taking mood enhancers. (st.johnswart) I'm actually not starting til tomorrow april 1st. Just filling you all in. Later!

As long as you are not on birth control pills, St. John's wart is cool..but it interacts with the PILL so be warned! :(

I don't take the pill but i do get the depo-prov shot.

Goodluck with Slimfast let me know how u do! Ive been taking B6 for 3weeks now and cant believe the boost its giving me! My mum takes St John Wort and good reports of it too! =)
