Ok last one!! Pic on the left was me at my heaviest about 409 pic on the right is me currently. When I started doing this I thought the hardest thing was the physical part but that was easy the mental part was the hardest. Everyday is a battle but I know one thing I ain't never going back to the girl on the left. Though she's got the same beautiful heart her mindset was different and i dont ever wanna think like her again.

Shae, that's the best way - losing too fast is far more difficult to maintain. I lost 40 lbs in 17 months, any faster, would have loose skin hanging everywhere.

great job! I have a long way to go myself and this helps! how did you work on tightening up your skin as you lost weight? did it just happen as you went along? I would appreciate any advice!

The loose skin is a part of the journey I do have some loose skin but that's ok!!! I rather the skin than the fat that was once there.
