Thanks to Load shedding we had to eat take aways last night. Chicken and chips with a homemade salad. It was good. Still managed to keep under my cal allowance. I am from today working from home. Is anyone else feeling nervous about the upcoming holiday festive break? I worry that my self control will go out of the window!!
