I think i'm going to go back to atkins after the 7th. Maybe i'll have a shake for breakfast, a shake for lunch and veggies, and a sensible low carb dinner. I've been slacking again, but I may as well not get serious again until after my sons birthday. Just as long as I don't gain.

I'm actually on the second day of the Atkins induction diet....I've been saying, "I'm dying!" all day to my family...but right now, everything's calm on the western front as I'm starting to feel human again! Heck, I might even SMILE in a minute or two! LOL
