Maintained my weight this weekend although I didn't eat very clean. I started out the day with IF and then broke it with chocolate mousse cake.. Hmm!? It was really good and I refuse to feel bad about it. I got back in track with my 30 min cardio and a nutritious supper. Here's to keeping the balance
