Positive Energy flow in my life is what I have been striving for. I woke up this morning and I am feeling the good vibes. Paying attention to what depletes and energizes me is my focus for the month of June. I have noticed I have not hydrated myself as much so with these summer months I will make sure I have a water bottle with me readily available. Breaking Barriers! TOWANDA!!
