I didn't get any exercise in this past weekend. We were super busy and when I wasn't busy I was so tired that I just made up excuses not to do it. Then I couldn't get my butt out of bed this morning either. This is becoming a bad habit. I have to stop with the excuses and start working out. My eating hasn't been the best either, so I'm really needing a change right now. I was sick last week, but now I need to get back in gear.

I've been struggling with the same thing. Mornings are not an option for a few reasons so with new committments it looks like I may be a late night gym person. I love that it's not as busy that time of night but hate leaving bedtime on the hubby. But it's better than dinner when he barely cooks I guess! I really need to stop procrastinating. I have never been this bad!
