You should replace the salt with Himalayan rock salt. You can also do a Rock salt detox. Paw74 lost 6 kg in no time. I am going to try it myself.

I purchased this new Whirlpool microwave, it can do crisp potatoes or even roast steak or meats. (i'm loving the roasted potatoes... I had some with tzatziki over it and a side salad very similar to yours). It was amazing..

@Eugene300 that's awesome! Loaded tatties are my favourite. You can do so much with them to make them substantial and filling and healthy. Must be my Irish heritage... But.... Potatoes with everything 😂🌰

Indeed. I've seen recipe's with spicy garlicy mince over toasted taters. then another good one is the Mexican spiced potatoes(peri,cayenne,Paprika spices sprinkled over the potatoes) Just gives it a nice kick if you like some extra spice.
Goes well with a side salad or piece of chicken.
