"Well as you see I have gained so much weight, I feel ashamed of my weight
I don't know what's happening to me. I feel hungry all the time. I am losing control of my diet. I must start eating right : yogurt, bananas, carrots,
Fruit, pudding. Nattybun

Are you logging every thing you put in your mouth? Most find that extremely helpful...you may forget that you ate something earlier and seeing it will remind you. And if you see your calories in red...then you know you’ve had enough according to your plan. You can do it!!!

Any sort of 'fast' for a day allows me to 'break the cycle'. I'm hungry *because* I am eating a lot.

I would also avoid too much fruit and most def only eat plain unflavored Greek yoghurt with protein powder for flavor!

fruit is good to go. indulge but count it. yeah plain Greek yoghurt is spot on

Stick to whole foods and you can't really go wrong in my opinion. Not whole pizzas and tubs of ice cream lol but whole carrots apples bananas... The lease processing and the closer to organic your food is the better.

I understand where you are, I have days sometimes whole weeks like this, where I feel so so hungry and I cannot stop myself from eating and I'll eat until I feel like I have burst. I find it easier to control if I busy my mind. Go outside, sleep, read a bunch of manga, get out of the house to the library, just get out the house in general away from food sources. And make sure to busy myself soo much that when I come back I feel so tired I want to sleep. Some days it works, some days my mind isnt so preoccupied and I come home and still eat but its easier to stop because it's late and my tummy will feel full faster.... I sometimes think it must be mental but I'm not sure either, but it's always good to try to find a person to spend time talking with away from homes and foods because good conversation can take your mind off of unnecessary eating.
