You need to do more reserach on celiac. Try pasta made with quinoa. I eat that pasta. I am not celiac but my husband was diagnosed when he was 2. There are actually tons of choices out there. Udi breads are not bad also. My husband says they are the best he's ever had. Bisquick baking mix is wonderful! Domata flour is used measure for measure for wheat flour and I make all of our cookies, cakes and non-dessert foods with it. Nobody else notices the difference. Hang in there. It is a big change for somebody diagnosed at a later age as 2 of my husband's brother's were, like you.
