I'm back to this again. After all of the orthopaedic surgeries and arthritis and job changes and menopause, I'm a WRECK! I think I get more calories from alcohol than food. I manage pain and depression that way and it's taken its toll.I'm ready to work on it again. Just PLEASE LORD, no more tendon tears, ok?
