DAY 7-8 KETO:
yesterday I only ate some quiche and I drank my calories again but I'm sure I burned the alcohol off from dancing for 4 hours. strangely today I wasn't hungover- despite the late night I woke up at 7:30 made myself scrambled eggs and then walked around the city for a few hours. I snacked on bocconcini and Camembert and for dinner I'm making more eggs so I'm under my carb limit by quite a bit! :)
