Are you drinking your water and getting your excercise in? I have also been on a plateu for 2 weeks now. I know my water intake wasn't as good an excercise was down due to back pain. Hang in there. Eventually it will happen. Sometimes we just have to figure it out. Good luck to you this week.

Are you doing core or flex? If you're doing flex, are you eating all your daily points... that's pretty important otherwise your metabolism will slow down and your body will think that you're trying to starve it if you do this on a regular basis. If your following US weight-watchers, then don't forget that you also have an extra 35 flex points to eat. So you can either spread them out over the week or have a splurge. If you're doing exercise, then you need to calculate activity points... then usually eat up to your daily total and at least some of the activity points. Some people need to eat all their activity points. I guess it's a case of trial and error to work out what works best for you. Above all though don't give up... as those scales will move again. I've found that I can't eat exactly the same number of points each day, as my body worked out what I was doing and losses slowed. So I tend to vary my point intake. I've found that eating loads of veggies has helped too. Good luck and just keep hanging in there. ;o)
