Only weighing because I can't clear my original weight from yesterday's date.
Got to remember to eat something mid-day...I have a really hard time with this since I've usually skipped lunch before starting Atkins. Went too long yesterday and was ravenous at dinner...NOT good! I'm also more tired today but I lost sleep due to storms too.
