So, I recently bought the Tae Bo AMPED 5 Disc Set. I have done 2 of the workouts over the last 3 days and I am very sore already! Today I will attempt my third disc of the series, "Core Express," I think it is called. I will be doing the program 6 days a week with one day of rest.
Eating-wise, I've been doing alright. Staying under 1000 calories most days, and eating more than 24 grams of fiber per day. I am kicking into a high gear because my boyfriend's 10 year high school reunion is this August, along with my 21st birthday! So I want to look good :) I haven't weighed myself in months, but I imagine that I'm still around 125-128. I want to be at or under 120 by the 1st of August. I hope I'll be able to do it!
