ok...well,this dreamfeilds pasta does not seem to be messing with my weight lose at all.i have eaten it 3 days in a row once a day for lunch and lost a lb.i only eat about 1/4 to 1/2 the serving suggestion.i ate it along with a burger yesterday.it is very filling and doesn't really cause me to have cravings.i think i'm in heaven!going to give it a break though until this weekend and make bacon mac and cheese or something crazy like that.maybe cheese burger mac and cheese.idk.all i know is this stuff made me jump for joy this morning when i looked at the scale.yippy!

your welcome.just remember,i ate only about half the serving size.so a half cup dry would be like 1 to 1 1/2 cups cooked,so i only ate about 1/4 to 1/2 of that.i messed up the first time and made 1 cup dry into mac salad.it made way to much and i am the only one in the house that likes maceroni salad.i hate wasting food.i put alot of eggs in it so i wouldn't just be eating pasta too.
