Hello Fat Secret Family,
I’m going to try the Keto diet..No matter what I do I can’t get rid of this weight,I don’t know if it’s the thyroid disease or what,I went one whole month eating clean,fruit and vegetables and gain 7lbs.if anyone is willing to help me please do.

the Keto will definitely be the way to go. Even if I do not lose weight I feel so much better with the Keto diet. so good luck with your weight loss. I'll still keep on trying for the weight loss.
